BUMP IN - Vehicles cannot remain on site - you must unload and move immediately

Friday 17th October 2025 - 8am to 4pm
Use ENTRANCE 2 on Nicholson Street (see site plan).
All stands need to be ready by 9am on Saturday morning for council inspection.
Entry points clearly indicated on site plan. Traffic management crew will direct you in.
Please bring a trolley to carry your items to your stand.
Outside stalls - zones A & B
Friday 17th October 2025 - 8am to 5pm
Saturday 18th October 2025 - 7am to 9am (stock delivery only - no vehicle access to site)
Use ENTRANCE 4 on Rathdowne Street (see site plan)
All stands need to be ready by 9am on Saturday morning for council inspection.

Sunday 19th October 2025 - 7am to 9am (if you require access to restock etc.)
We recommend bringing a trolley as no vehicles will be permitted on site on Sunday morning - access to entry points only via trolley.
BUMP OUT - Vehicles only allowed in once you are ready to load
Sunday 19th October 2025 - 9pm to 12am
Use same points as bump in for exit.
(ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED BY 12am, INCLUDING ALL RUBBISH)
FOOD TRUCKS & TRAILERS
Note that if you have a food truck or trailer, we will be in touch separately to work out your bump in and bump out.
Please also ensure you comply with the following:

Have an in date fire extinguisher and fire blanket

Awnings are to be fitted with failsafe mechanism devices to prevent the collapse of the awning.

Minimum clearance from the finished ground surface to lowest point of the awning must not be less than 2.1m.
DELIVERIES BY THIRD PARTY OPERATORS
Please contact us if you have any deliveries by third parties, items that need to be
unloaded with a forklift or any delicate items to be managed. This must be booked in
advance. Please use our delivery form clearly indicating your stand name and number.
Note that no deliveries are permitted prior to Wednesday 15th October 2025.
FOOD & BEVERAGE VENDORS
Please have your FoodTrader statement of trade on site, and ensure you comply with health regulations, details here.
ALCOHOL VENDORS & BAR OPERATORS
Please have your licence displayed, along with the mandatory signage available here
Note that Royal Exhibition Building manage the entry of vehicles to site, and a staggered approach will be taken for entry, with limited vehicles allowed on site at one time - this is beyond our control. EXPECT DELAYS.

PARKING
There is strictly no parking, & vehicles are not allowed to remain on site without prior approval. You must unload your vehicle and move it immediately.
The closest parking lot is the Melbourne Museum Car Park. This is open from 5.30am to 12am – midnight. Note however that the height limit is 2.15m. There are entry points at both Rathdowne Street & Nicholson Street ends. Parking can be pre booked via their website. If you have large vehicles, please make alternative arrangements.
